Inside Out

The fight is
inside out.

Two things nobody told you

Chapter One

You can't hear your calling through the fog.

You've been treating purpose like a question for your soul. Pray harder, think deeper, wait for the answer. And still: static.

Here's what nobody told you. The block isn't in your soul. It's in your body. You were made on purpose, for a purpose. But a body running on fumes can't hear the whisper of it.

The fog is physical. Your cells run on a charge called NAD+, and it drains as you age, as you stress, as you borrow energy from a pouch or a third coffee. By 50 it's down about half. When the charge drops, thinking feels like wading. Deciding feels like lifting. That's not weakness. That's a current running low.

So the order of operations matters. Fuel the cell. Clear the fog. Then the calling gets audible. You don't need more motivation. You need the current back on.

Fuel

NMN feeds the cell the raw material it turns into charge.

Clear

The fog thins as the current comes back. Mornings sharpen first.

Hear

With bandwidth back, the purpose question stops being noise and starts being a call.

Chapter Two

It's all connected.

Check something right now. Your shoulders. Are they down, or are they up near your ears, braced like you're about to take a hit?

The stiff mornings. The tight hips. The back that seizes when you turn wrong. The body that feels like it's holding everything you've been carrying. There's a name for the thing doing the holding.

Fascia. One connected web wrapped around every muscle, nerve, and organ you've got. Nobody ever explained it to you, but you already know it in your body: pull one corner of a fitted sheet and the whole sheet moves. That's you. When the web stiffens, you feel old. When it moves, you feel free.

And the web doesn't release from thinking about it. It releases from moving. Which is the whole point of the name on the tin: this was never movement as punishment. Movement is how the system unwinds, and the pouch is fuel for the system. Movement first. Supplement second.

"Just move." The whole system moves together. Start anywhere.
